Colorado River Corvette Club (CRCC)

The Colorado River Corvette Club (CRCC) ran its first ever fourteen events, 2-day sanctioned autocross with West Coast Region's LVCA. They had twenty-seven drivers on Saturday and seventeen on Sunday. Drivers ranged in age from 17-91. They had participants from the Roadrunner Region as well as from California, Colorado, and North Carolina. Most of the participants drove Corvettes (C4-C8); but a Jeep Grand Cherokee, a Porsche and a McLaren challenged the Corvettes. The weekend was an enormous success with several of the participants taking a flyer for our next events scheduled for April 25-26 and May 23-24. The local news covered the event while spectators watched from the frontage road.

CRCC held another fabulous Christmas Party at Don Laughlin’s Riverside Resort Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV. Fabulous food, Las Vegas entertainment, gift exchange, door prizes, and club awards were among the planned activities. They also had a hilarious human slot machine.
