Hello RCDs and Incoming 2026 new RCDs, 

Attached is our latest Competition Committee Meeting Minutes from November 14, 2025. 

It also includes a brief description of the Proposed Rule Changes for the 2026 Rule Changes as well as a cumulative summary of all the 2024 and 2025 Competition Committee approved Rule Changes and Clarifications which will be added into the 2026 NCCC Rulebook. 

I want to thank all of you that took the time to participate in the creation and development of the newly Governor approved Supplemental Competition Programs. I know that these programs might not work for every Club or Region, but we are going to try and get some traction with them in the hopes to attract our younger generations of NCCC members to stay involved and attract prospective new members to our organization. I will keep anticipated participation numbers low for the first year and see what we learn from the first year. Keep in mind that these programs conclude at Convention and that event qualifiers will be any events your Regional Clubs host before Convention. Make an attempt to provide those events for your local competitors so they have a chance to come to Convention and compete for a National Championship in their category of choice. I will advertise and promote all our programs in other publications and social media to help get some traction and interest. I will have more news on possible Sponsorship Awards by January. 

I will also be sending a calendar in December with date selections for online Zoom seminars on how to requests sanctions, upload flyers and results on the Database. These Zoom seminars will be conducted in January, February and March. I will send more details along with the calendar.
