New Year's Message from Rich Shatkosky, RR Region RCD

Happy New Year.

One of my top resolutions is to get competition events going in the Road Runner Region

Another is to ensure that you receive all the information you need about the NCCC 2026 Competition program.

The first communication is that the 2026 Rule book is attached. It includes all the 2025 rule clarifications and all the newly approved rules/changes. You will note that going forward it will be an annual rule book. To date only one Governor has expressed interest in learning about requesting sanctions, uploading flyers and posting results.

Note that Rene is asking that clubs that do not plan to use all their sanctions to lend them to clubs that do. To that end, CRCC is running a club event, Autocross school on Saturday February 7 at Rotary Park in Bullhead City. The flyer is on the Region website. All Region members are welcome.

We are running our first sanctioned 2 day- 14 event autocross February 28/March 1 in the same location. The flyer should be posted early next week. We are running the second sanctioned 2 day -14 event autocross April 24/25 again at Rotary Park in Bullhead City.

We want to run at least 2 more 2 day -14 event weekends and perhaps more but we will need to borrow sanctions from other clubs in the Region to do so. One of the dates made available to us by Bullhead City's Rotary park is Oct 10/11/13. That is Columbus day weekend.
